▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-damping composite material comprises coating 1-10 layers of graphene on surface of foam metal skeleton through chemical vapor deposition or chemical coating method, and injecting polymer using vacuum assisted resin transfer molding, high temperature injection molding or resin dipping method. When chemical vapor deposition is used, the foam metal is foam nickel or copper having pore diameter of 50-500 mu m and porosity of 95%. When chemical coating method is used, the foam metal is foam aluminum or foam magnesium having porosity of 50-98%. USE - Method for preparation of graphene-damping composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved damping property, mechanical performance, and damping vibration reducing performance. The method is simple and has good repeatability.
