NOVELTY - A filter adsorbent comprises at least one layer of negatively charged graphene oxide paper and at least one layer of positively charged graphene oxide paper stacked together. USE - Filter adsorbent is used in removal of dye pollutants from industrial wastewater e.g. textile industries, printing industries, pharmaceutical industries, cosmetic industries, etc. ADVANTAGE - The filter adsorbent provides an economical and environmentally-friendly adsorbent for removal of cationic and anionic dyes simultaneously from industrial wastewater.
