▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An aptamer based sensor preparation method involves utilizing gold electrode with thionine electro polymerization to obtain thionine electrode. Carbon nanotubes-graphene nanocomposites drops are evenly coated onto the thionine electrode surface. The electrodes are immersed in antibiotic aptamer solution and bovine serum albumin solution, washed, and dried to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparation of aptamer based sensor for detecting antibiotic residue. ADVANTAGE - The sensor detects residue in simple, accurate, cost effective, and quick manner.
