▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Micro-wall array comprises two micro-walls. The cross section of the micro-wall is in the shape of peak. The peak height c of the peak peak is 20-30 microm. The half peak width d of the mountain peak is 2-15 microns. The central distance b between each microwall is less than or equal to 100 microm. The distance a between the peaks of the peaks of the adjacent micro-wall cross section satisfies the following conditions: a=b-30. USE - The micro-wall array is useful in microchannel template, a template and a micro-fluidic chip, which are printed in a form of a substrate (all claimed). The reactor microchannel is useful in chemical reactions (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The array: has controllable cross section shape, and improves the reaction rate and the controllability of the reaction rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMs are also included for: (1) Preparing micro-wall array comprising (i) polishing a template, using scribing method to prepare groove structures on the template, (ii) subjecting the product obtained in the step (i) for hydrophilic surface treatment, placing in a hydrophobic modifier for hydrophobic modification treatment to obtain the modified template, (iii) preparing reaction monomer and the initiator into mixed solution, (iv) pouring the mixed solution obtained in the step (iii) on the surface of the modified template obtained in the step (ii), performing polymerization, separating the obtained polymer and the modified template to obtain the microwall array. (2) Microchannel comprising a base material and a micro-wall array, where the inner wall of the micro-wall array is attached with a nanometre catalyst, and the micro-wall array is the micro-wall array. (3) Preparing microchannel comprises (a) mixing the nanometer catalyst, surfactant and solution to obtain the nano catalyst dispersion, (b) performing a hydrophobic treatment on the substrate material to obtain a hydrophobic substrate material, (c) ensuring the nanocatalyst dispersion liquid drop on the hydrophobic substrate material, covering the catalyst dispersion liquid by the micro-wall array, drying to obtain the microchannel, where the micro-wall array is the micro-wall array. (4) Reactor microchannel comprises microchannel.
