NOVELTY - Filling method of directionally enhanced organosilicone grease based on carbon nanotube/nano silicon carbide gas phase dispersion mist comprises coating silicone oil uniformly on film, and ensuring thickness of silicone oil layer as thin as possible, mixing carbon nanotubes, and nano silicon carbide, dispersing working fluid uniformly mixed into a semi-liquid state, dispersing mixture into a gas phase carbon nanotube/nano silicon carbide dispersion mist by pulsed arc, relatively moving silicone oil and the dispersion mist generating point, mixing premixed silicone oil that has been baked and heated with the auxiliary agent to complete the filling process of the carbon nanotube/nanosilicon carbide vapor dispersion mist to silicone grease. USE - Used as filling method of directionally enhanced organosilicone grease based on carbon nanotube/nano silicon carbide gas phase dispersion mist. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Filling method of directionally enhanced organosilicone grease based on carbon nanotube/nano silicon carbide gas phase dispersion mist, comprises (i) coating silicone oil uniformly on film, and ensuring thickness of silicone oil layer as thin as possible; (ii) mixing carbon nanotubes, and nano silicon carbide, dispersing working fluid uniformly mixed into a semi-liquid state, (iii) dispersing mixture into a gas phase carbon nanotube/nano silicon carbide dispersion mist by pulsed arc; (iv) bring the silicone oil close to the point where the gas phase carbon nanotube/nano silicon carbide dispersion mist is generated in step (iii); (v) moving silicone oil of step (i) or the gas-phase carbon nanotube/nanosilicon carbide dispersion mist generating point of step (iv), relatively moving silicone oil and the dispersion mist generating point, completely covering vertical projection of the gas-phase carbon nanotube/nano-silicon carbide dispersed mist prepared by the dispersion with silicone oil, (vi) baking and heating pre-mixed silicone oil processed in step (v), (vii) mixing premixed silicone oil that has been baked and heated in step (vi) with the auxiliary agent to complete the filling process of the carbon nanotube/nanosilicon carbide vapor dispersion mist to the silicone grease.
