▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) composite membrane involves (A) reducing graphene oxide to obtain graphene, grafting the atom transfer radical polymerization initiator to the graphene surface through the diazonium salt addition reaction to obtain atom transfer radical polymerization initiator grafted modified graphene, (B) graft polymerizing azole groups and hydrophilic groups to the surface of graphene by atom transfer radical polymerization reaction to obtain copolymer comprising azole groups and hydrophilic groups to graft graphene, (C) uniformly mixing the dispersion liquid of the copolymer grafted graphene comprising azole group and hydrophilic group with the Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) solution, and preparing Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) composite membrane by solution casting method. USE - Preparation of composite membrane used for preparing methanol fuel cells (all claimed), and used for high temperature and low humidity proton exchange membrane fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has high methanol fuel permeability, and overcomes the defect of proton conductivity of proton exchange membrane under the conditions of high temperature and low humidity.
