▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Thermoelectric material comprises semiconductor material formed from elements including lead (Pb) and selenide (Se), and graphene/reduced graphene oxide (Gr) material, in which nanostructures of carbon present in Gr material are embedded into semiconductor material in form of nanoinclusions to form nanocomposite of thermoelectric material. USE - A thermoelectric material for thermoelectric generator used for generating electric power (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene/reduced graphene oxide material distributed over the PbSe in the form of nanoinclusions improves electrical conductivity of thermoelectric material and provides high Seebeck coefficient and lower lattice thermal conductivity with high resistivity. The thermoelectric material exhibits high power factor and high figure of merit and enables manufacture of thermoelectric generator with high performance at low working temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for thermoelectric generator for generating electric power comprising greater than or equal to 1 thermoelectric unit made from thermoelectric material, in which the thermoelectric material is a nanocomposite fabricated from semiconductor material and carbon material embedded in the semiconductor material in form of nanoinclusions, semiconductor material is lead selenide (PbSe), carbon material is graphene/reduced graphene oxide (Gr), and thermoelectric material includes PbSe:PbSe:Gr nanocomposite fabricated by providing nanoinclusions of Gr into PbSe.
