NOVELTY - Processing wear-resistant flame-retardant fabric comprises placing chinlon fiber filament in graphene modified liquid dip coating, drying by the dryer temperature at 80-90 degrees C to obtain modified chinlon fiber. The modified chinlon fiber, mercerized wool fiber and flame-retardant viscose fiber according to weight ratio of 1:5:4 into single yarn, and then twisted the two single yarns according to the twist of Z/S into yarn to obtaining fabric base material. The fabric base material is placed in the former mixed solution according to the bath ratio of 5:1 at 70 degrees C for 20-30 minutes. The fabric base material is placed in the second mixed solution, soaked for 3-5 minutes according to the bath ratio of 3:1, and then dried at 100-120 degrees C. The flame-retardant finishing liquid is placed according to the bath ratio of 5:1, soaked for 8-10 hours at 40 degrees C, and then placed in the drying box at 60 degrees C to dry to obtain the wearable flame-retardant fabric. USE - Method for processing wear-resistant and flame-retardant fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method processes the wear-resistant and flame-retardant fabric in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with excellent wear-resisting property and flame retardant property, good service performance, improved wear resistance of the chinlon fiber, and improved conductivity.
