▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A calibration target (T) comprises a sample with a solid fluorescent layer (3) which is arranged on a substrate (1) and can be excited by laser light (L), where the fluorescent layer has an optically inactive matrix with a carbon-based component which can be excited to emit light and embedded therein. USE - Calibration target used for calibrating optoelectronic device for analyzing biomolecules by detecting fluorescence signals from samples e.g. DNA, adenine, guanine, cytosine and thymine. ADVANTAGE - The calibration target has long-term stability and enables detectors to be calibrated for different light wavelengths. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the calibration target. Substrate (1) Opaque layer (2) Fluorescent layer (3) Photodetectors (D) Laser light (L) Calibration target (T)
