▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of piezoresistive yarns involves: adding a conductive filler into 20-60 wt.% of polyurethane aqueous dispersion, uniformly mixing, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10-120 minutes, adding a curing agent, stirring at a rotating speed of 300-3000 revolutions per minute for 30 minutes to 2 hours, and adding a thickening agent to obtain piezoresistive coating liquid; pouring the piezoresistive coating liquid into a liquid storage tank, and enabling the yarn substrate to penetrate through the liquid storage tank to obtain the yarn substrate; placing the yarn substrate on a surface at 100-150 ℃ for 5-60 seconds, winding the yarn substrate coated with the wet coating on the surface at a speed of 0.5-30 m/minute, and placing the yarn substrate at 50-80 ℃ for drying for 0.5-5 hours. The circular needle tubes at the upper and lower outlets of the liquid storage tank are 0.1-5 mm. The thickness of the wet coating is 0.01-0.5 mm. USE - Preparation method of piezoresistive yarns for use in a piezoresistive sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is operated in a water-based system. The process is simple. The used materials are environment-friendly and pollution-free. The low-cost large-scale preparation is facilitated. The obtained piezoresistive yarns are good in flexibility, high in piezoresistive sensitivity, and water-resistant and alcohol-resistant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) the piezoresistive yarn; and (2) a piezoresistive sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic microscopic view of the piezoresistive yarn.
