NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene-containing tungsten carbide coating powder involves weighing certain amount of modified graphene/nano tungsten carbide composite material, mixing with certain amount of absolute ethyl alcohol, and processing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene/nano tungsten carbide composite material mixed solution. The certain amount of tungsten carbide/cobalt powder, is added to mixed solution of graphene nano tungsten carbide composite material, added into the vertical stirrer for stirring at normal temperature for certain time at certain rotating speed. USE - Method for preparing modified graphene-containing tungsten carbide coating powder for preparing self-lubricating wearable coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare modified graphene-containing tungsten carbide coating powder which reserves the graphene layered single-layer carbon structure characteristic, improves the proportion of graphene, and avoids the loss of graphene caused by ball milling or other mixing technique. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene-containing tungsten carbide coating powder involves weighing certain amount of modified graphene/nano tungsten carbide composite material, mixing with certain amount of absolute ethyl alcohol, and processing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene/nano tungsten carbide composite material mixed solution. The certain amount of tungsten carbide/cobalt powder, is added to mixed solution of graphene nano tungsten carbide composite material, added into the vertical stirrer for stirring at normal temperature for certain time at certain rotating speed to obtain the modified graphene/nano tungsten carbide composite material mixed with tungsten carbide/cobalt solution. The obtained modified graphene/nano tungsten carbide composite material and tungsten carbide/cobalt mixed solution is dried by using vacuum freeze-drying method to obtain composite modified graphene of tungsten carbide/cobalt powder. The obtained composite is mixed with modified graphene of tungsten carbide/cobalt powder. The surface of the part is cleaned, and abrasive blasting hot spraying technology is used to prepare tungsten carbide/cobalt modified graphene composite self-lubricating wearable coating.
