NOVELTY - The method involves transmitting a graphene layer from a substrate to a carrier substrate (9) by an electromagnetic force (F). The transfer layer (12) and/or the substrate (13) are charged with ions, and the carrier substrate is charged with another ions, where the latter ions are charged opposite to the former ions. The carrier substrate has a film that is stretched in a frame and the film receives the transfer layer, where a roughness of a surface of the substrate is less than 100 micrometer. The substrate is provided with a material, which is coated with another material for growing the layer. USE - Method for transmitting a transmission layer from a substrate, such as graphene layer, to a carrier substrate, such as glass substrate and ceramic substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively transfers the transfer layer from the first surface to the second surface of the carrier substrate.
