NOVELTY - The absorber has a two-dimensional conductive material layer arranged on a substrate, where the two-dimensional conductive material layer is made of Mxene material and graphene material. A protective layer is arranged on the two-dimensional conductive material layer, where the protective layer is made of molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide material. The protective layer prevents oxidation of the two-dimensional conductive material layer and forms a heterojunction with the two-dimensional conductive material layer. Sides of the two-dimensional conductive material layer and the protective layer are arranged with a first metal electrode. Another side of the two-dimensional conductive material layer is provided with a second metal electrode. USE - Saturation absorber for a fully-solid ultra-rapid laser in a testing device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The absorber can realize dynamic adjustable saturated absorption characteristic in an effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a fully-solid ultra-rapid laser saturation absorber manufacturing method; and (2) a testing device for testing the saturable absorber.
