▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene zinc oxide polyester resin coating comprises 19.8-32.8 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 19.5-53.4 pts. wt. polyester resin, 1 pt. wt. curing agent, 9.8-36.5 pts. wt. basalt fiber powder, 9.5-30.5 pts. wt. acicular zinc oxide powder, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersing antisettling agent, 0.02 pt. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1 pt. wt. defoamer. USE - Graphene zinc oxide polyester resin coating. ADVANTAGE - The addition of zinc oxide to anticorrosive or marine coating can form dense zinc-iron compound and reduces corrosion medium permeating speed, thus, preventing rust; and has stable performance. After application, the coating thickness is uniform and reaches plus minus 1 mu m level which is better than reported precision of plus minus 3 mu m. Hardness index is 2.3 times better than adding inorganic fiber to similar coating, and reaches up to 6-8.2H according to GB/T 6739-1996 pencil scratch value. Corrosion potential and corrosion current reach - 345 mV and 0.030 mu A/cm2, respectively. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for coating preparation by mixing graphene slurry, polyester resin, basalt fibers, acicular zinc oxide powder and defoamer, and grinding; and adding dispersing antisettling agent, curing agent and antioxidant, grinding, and standing.
