NOVELTY - Graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises 45-57 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 12-17 pts. wt. silicone modified epoxy resin, 22-28 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 14-18 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc powder, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.8-1.3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1.5-2.4 pts. wt. dispersing agent and 75-105 pts. wt. mixed solvent. The graphene is nano graphene microchip having a thickness of 1-25 nm. The component (B) comprises 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. curing agent and 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. accelerating agent. USE - As graphene heavy anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating has excellent wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating, involving (i) taking above-mentioned raw materials, (ii) preparing component (A) by (iii) (a) adding epoxy resin, silicone modified epoxy resin, phenolic resin, alkyd resin to the mixed solvent, stirring at 500-800 rpm for 40-50 minutes, (iv) (b) adding graphene, leveling agent, antifoaming agent and dispersing agent, shearing and dispersing at 1500-2000 rpm for 10-15 minutes to obtain the component (A), and (v) preparing component (B) by mixing the curing agent and the accelerating agent to obtain the component (B) and uniformly mixing the component (A) and the component (B) to obtain the product.
