▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/aluminum alloy composite preparation method involves performing low temperature ball-milling for 2-4 hours, taking out and placing the mixed powder in an inert gas protective box, and waiting for the temperature to recover to room temperature to obtain aluminum composite material sheath. The vacuum degassing of aluminum composite material sheath is performed at temperature of 300-350 degrees Celsius and pressure of 2.0x 10-3 for 2 to 4 hours. The welding sealing is performed after vacuum degassing. USE - Preparation method for graphene/aluminum alloy composite used for industrial production of modified aluminum conductor cable. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/aluminum alloy is added to the molten alloy liquid aluminum to maximize and improve graphene dispersed in liquid aluminum uniformity so that industrialized production of graphite of aluminum conductor cable is achieved by melt casting method. Provides preparation method with low production costs and suitable for industrial production and good market prospect since low temperature ball- milling, vacuum degassing, hot isostatic pressing and extrusion process are simple and controllable.
