▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A multifunctional microcapsule comprises 3-14 parts mass melamine, 3-13 parts mass urea and 6-30 parts mass formaldehyde as wall materials, 1-10 parts mass wave absorbing agent as wall material modifier, 15-45 parts mass paraffin as core material, 1-7 parts mass emulsifier, 50-110 parts mass deionized water, and 10-30 parts mass pH adjuster. USE - Multifunctional microcapsule. ADVANTAGE - The microcapsule has excellent micro-morphology, stable structure, wave-absorbing and phase change latent heat performance by changing the doping amount of wave-absorbing agent, temperature regulation and electromagnetic absorption when doped in another material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the multifunctional microcapsule, which involves (i) dissolving emulsifier in 40-90 parts mass deionized water, adjusting the pH of the solution to 9-12, stirring for 1 hour under the condition of heating in a water bath at 60-80°C and rotation speed of 400-1000 r/minute to obtain an aqueous solution, (ii) mixing the paraffin and wave absorbing agent, and ultrasonically-processing at 60-80°C for 1 hour in a water bath to obtain an uniformly dispersed oil phase solution, (iii) dissolving the urea, formaldehyde solution and melamine in 10-36 parts mass deionized water, adjusting the pH of the solution to 9-12, stirring at 60-80°C for 1 hour and at a rotating speed of 400-800 r/minute to obtain a prepolymer solution, (iv) adding the water phase solution to the oil phase solution, stirring in a water bath at 60-80°C for 1 hour and at a rotating speed of 800-1400 r/minute to obtain a stable oil-in-water emulsion, (v) adding the prepolymer solution to the oil-in-water emulsion, adjusting the pH of the solution to 2-5, increasing the temperature to 70-90°C, stirring at a speed of 600-1000 r/minute for 2 hours, and (vi) washing the solidified product, drying and sieving.
