NOVELTY - Waterborne epoxy heavy anticorrosive coating comprises first component and second component. The first component includes 1 pts. wt. modified aqueous epoxy emulsion, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.005-0.01 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1.15-1.56 pts. wt. filler, 0.02-0.03 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.03-0.05 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 0.03-0.05 pts. wt. fungicide, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. thickener, preparing modified aqueous epoxy emulsion comprises mixing maleic anhydride and allyl alcohol and reacting to obtain a first reactant, mixing the first reactant with epoxy resin, hydroquinone and phenol to perform a secondary reaction to obtain a second reactant, mixing the second reactant with piperidine catalyst and reacting to obtain third reactant, cooling the third reactant, mixing the third reactant with styrene solution, and dissolving to obtain an unsaturated epoxy fumaric resin, and uniformly mixing. USE - Used as waterborne epoxy heavy anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating has good physical and chemical properties, no cracks at 1 degrees bending coating, 50 cm impact resistance, greater than or equal to 10 MPa adhesion, resistance to 5% sodium hydroxide solution, 5% sulfuric acid solution and 5% sodium chloride for 30 days, and coating does not blister, crack or peel off. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anticorrosive coating, comprising preparing first component, and heating pigment filler to remove water, to obtain pigment remover, where the heating temperature is 120-180 degrees C for 10-15 hours, mixing deionized water, antifoaming agent, dispersant, leveling agent, anti-flash rust agent and fungicide and stirring under the one-time stirring condition, adding modified graphene and the water-removing filler, continuing the agitation until the mixing is uniform, and grinding to obtain a water slurry, mixing the water slurry with the modified aqueous epoxy emulsion, and performing secondary stirring, and slowly adding thickener under the secondary stirring conditions to obtain a first component, where the secondary stirring speed is less than or equal to 1000 revolutions/minute, and the secondary stirring temperature is less than or equal to 60 degrees C, preparing a second component, uniformly mixing water-based epoxy amine curing agent and the film-forming aid to obtain the second component, uniformly mixing first component and the second component.
