▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite functional material comprises emulsion-based material ink prepared by loading emulsion-type particles on the basis of shear thinning gel or the powder-based material ink prepared by loading solid powder particles. The shear thinning gel includes 2-10 ml oleic acid, 4 ml 25% aqueous ammonia and 6 ml deionized water or 1-10 ml oleic acid, 1-7 ml triethanolamine or 0.5-1 ml oleic acid and 1-1.5 ml triethanolamine or 1-10 ml oleic acid, 1-7 ml triethanolamine and 10 ml deionized water or 2-10 ml oleic acid, and 4 ml 25% aqueous ammonia, 1-5 ml triethanolamine and 6 ml deionized water. USE - The composite functional material is useful for direct 3D printing (claimed) of natural rubber latex, metal, metal oxide, plastic, resin and rubber. ADVANTAGE - The material can solve the problems of single printing material, difficult 3D printing with functional composite, slow printing speed and low fidelity, can compound various functional particles, the high mechanical shearing force can improve the shear thinning effect, and the printing speed can reach 600 mm/minute, the high solid content ensures that the shape of the printed sample is stable after heat treatment or calcination and functional 3D printing that can realize multi-material composite will endow additive manufacturing with more diverse application, and has good material universality will have important research significance and engineering application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a method for direct three-dimensional (3D) printing using the composite functional material, comprising (i) preparing a shear thinning gel, stirring each component for 10-15 minutes to obtain a gel, placing in a centrifuge with a speed of 5000-8000 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes to obtain a shear-thinning gel, loading emulsion-type particles on the basis of the shear-thinning gel to prepare an emulsion-based material ink or load solid powder particles to prepare a powder-based material ink; (ii) printing by a 3D printer at speed of 600 mm/minute; and (iii) curing the printed sample.
