NOVELTY - A PVC pipe contains 50-80 pts. wt. PVC resin, 30-45 pts. wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 10-25 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate/potassium composite particles, 5-12 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. carbon black, 2-10 pts. wt. UV absorber, 2-6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-8 pts. wt. composite stabilizer and 1-8 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - PVC pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The PVC pipe has prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of PVC pipe, which involves mixing calcium oxide and deionized water to prepare 0.3 M/l calcium hydroxide solution, placing the solution at 80 degrees C for 1-3 hours and cooling to obtain digested lime milk, adding 20% potassium feldspar ore to the digested lime milk and stirring, filling carbon dioxide gas, stopping ventilating, continuously stirring for 10 minutes, filtering and drying to obtain nano-calcium carbonate/potassium composite particles, adding nano-calcium carbonate/potassium composite particles and other materials to high speed stirrer and stirring at 100-145 degrees C for 10-25 minutes, reducing the temperature to 40-45 degrees C and discharging, placing material in an extruder and extruding at 150-165 degrees C, melting the material and rolling in roller at 178-198 degrees C, cutting the sheet from the calendering roller stripping, cooling, shaping by central winder rolling and cutting.
