▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/montmorillonite composite porous thin film is prepared by adding oxidized graphite powder and montmorillonite powder into solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide/montmorillonite composite dispersion; pouring into evaporating dish, evaporating at a temperature of 40-90 degrees C to form a film, drying to obtain graphene oxide/montmorillonite composite thin film having layered structure; subjecting into heat treatment, and then cooling to obtain the graphene/montmorillonite composite porous thin film. USE - Method for preparing graphene/montmorillonite composite porous thin film used in adsorption field. ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare graphene/montmorillonite composite porous thin film having two sides with different structure. The thin film has evaporation surface with flat crack-shaped structure, and contact surface with loose worm-like structure which can facilitate rapid absorption of liquid. The presence of montmorillonite can improve the final graphene/montmorillonite composite porous film burning loss resisting performance. Further, the method has simple steps, is convenient to operate, and provides a new idea for preparing graphene-based composite porous thin film having excellent performance and great application prospect in adsorption field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/montmorillonite composite porous thin film is prepared by: (1) adding oxidized graphite powder and montmorillonite powder into solvent based on an oxidized graphite powder/montmorillonite powder/solvent weight ratio of 1:(0.01-2):(50-1000), ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide/montmorillonite composite dispersion; (2) pouring the graphene oxide/montmorillonite composite dispersion into evaporating dish, evaporating at a temperature of 40-90 degrees C to form a film, drying to obtain graphene oxide/montmorillonite composite thin film having layered structure and thickness of 5-100 mu m; and (3) contacting the graphene oxide/montmorillonite composite thin film with flame in air to carry out heat treatment, and then cooling to obtain the graphene/montmorillonite composite porous thin film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the prepared graphene/montmorillonite composite porous thin film.
