NOVELTY - The cold plate has a rubber frame (11) fixedly connected to the back side of a phase change cold plate main body (1). The back sides of the phase change cold plate main body are provided with a connecting groove (12). The inner side of the phase change cold plate main body is provided with a rapid cooling mechanism (2). A liquid inlet pipe (21) is fixedly connected to the top part of phase change cold plate main body. A liquid discharging pipe is fixedly connected to bottom part of the phase change cold plate main body. A cooling pipe is fixedly installed on inner wall of the phase change cold plate main body. A flow cavity is opened in the phase change cold plate main body. A cooling fin is fixedly connected on inner wall of a graphene inner plate. The front surface of cooling fin is provided with a through hole. A connecting pipe is fixedly connected to bottom part of the liquid discharging pipe. The bottom part of connecting pipe is fixedly connected with a shunt chamber. USE - Low thermal resistance phase change cold plate. ADVANTAGE - The cold plate: improves the contact effect between the refrigeration material and the outer wall of the cooling pipe; can quickly absorb the low temperature generated by the refrigeration material; realizes the function of fully absorbing the temperature of material phase change refrigeration; and improves the heat dissipation effect.
