NOVELTY - Antibacterial and antistatic sportswear fabric comprises a graphene composite shaped polyester fiber woven by warp and weft. USE - The fabric is useful in absorbing moisture and sweat. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: has improved moisture absorption; has improved sweat conducting function; can meet the requirements of different applications; has good spinnability; has stable performance; is economical low cost; can be industrialized easily; and has significant practical value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial and antistatic sportswear fabric comprising (1) mixing 10 pts. wt. aqueous dispersion of modified graphene, 0.05-0.3 pts. wt. molecular weight modifier, 100 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 46 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, stirring at 300-500 revolutions/month, uniformly mixing the dispersion, where the modified graphene is a single-layer graphene having an oxygen containing functional group including carboxy group or a hydroxy group on the surface, the carbon oxygen ratio is 2.5-6 and the mass concentration of the modified graphene aqueous dispersion is 0.5-3%, (2) mixing the low DBP value nano carbon black and the high DBP value nano carbon black in a ratio of 3-5:1, adding the mixture obtained in the step (1), dispersing through an emulsification homogenizer, mixing 1.2-3 pts. wt. nano carbon, (3) adding the dispersion obtained in the step (2) is added to the polycondensation reaction vessel to carry out an esterification reaction under the protection of nitrogen, heating to 285 degrees C, vacuuming, reacting until the system is no longer exothermic to obtain polymer melt, granulating with water to obtain antistatic composite PET slice, (4) subjecting the slice obtained in step (3) to high speed spinning and the spinneret is a shaped orifice, melting at 270-300 degrees C, continuously spinning speed at 2000-5000 m/minute to obtain a fiber and (5) weaving the fiber obtained in the step (4) by warp and weft knitting to obtain an antibacterial and antistatic static sportswear fabric.
