▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A microcapsule coating material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-16 pts. wt. curing agent, 15-21 pts. wt. microcapsule filler, 20-30 pts. wt. pigment, 12-18 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate and 22-28 pts. wt. graphene/titanium-based composite material. USE - Microcapsule coating material for screw. ADVANTAGE - The coating material has excellent adhesion reaching level 1. The anti-dropping performance of the screw coated with the coating material is excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the microcapsule coating material, which involves ball milling graphene and titanium powder of different mass fractions in a QM-3SP2 planetary ball mill for 16 hours with mass ratio of the milling ball to titanium powder of 3:1, where ball mill tank and ball are made of zirconia, carrying out spark plasma sintering of the composite powder in cylindrical graphite mold with an inner diameter of 20 mm at 1200 degrees C and at pressure of 50 MPa, heat-preserving for 60 minutes to obtain graphene/titanium-based composite material, carrying out high temperature stirring using epoxy resin, polybutylene terephthalate and graphene/titanium-based composite material, heating to 200 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain solution, adding microcapsule filler to the solution, and placing the solution in a high pressure container of 8-10 MPa for 2 hours, adding pigment to the solution, and stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding curing agent and stirring until it is thick, and leaving still for 8 hours.
