NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional graphene composite material comprises processing the cationic cellulose to obtain cationic cellulose microsphere, performing modification treatment to the oxidation graphene to obtain modified oxidation graphene, taking the cationic cellulose microsphere as template, compounding with the modified oxidized graphene, calcining and thermally reducing, preparing the modified three-dimensional graphene using modified three-dimensional graphene, sodium tungstate and L-cysteine as raw material and preparing three-dimensional graphene composite material by hydrothermal method. USE - The method for preparing three-dimensional graphene composite material is used for super capacitor in electric automobile, electronic product and non-all application. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene composite material has excellent conductivity, large specific capacitance, and electrochemical activity e.g. capacitance and cycle stability. The super capacitor composite electrode material has good circulation stability.
