NOVELTY - An electronic device comprises: a substrate having at least one hydrophilic surface (3), a graphene layer (4), and elements or functional groups from a solvent (5) selected from acetone, ethyl lactate, isopropyl alcohol, methylethyl ketone, and mixtures, located between the substrate and the graphene layer and integrated with the hydrophilic surface to obtain a contact angle of the hydrophilic surface of about 40 degrees . USE - An electronic device formed by coupling a graphene layer and a substrate. ADVANTAGE - The electronic device can be manufacture using a method that may provide low-cost products, entail a reduced number of steps, be fast in comparison with known methods, and enable deposition of graphene over extensive areas of a substrate, maintaining the electrical properties.
