▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon nanotube (CNT) graphene aluminum powder prepared by mixing 100 pts. wt. of aluminum powder having a particle size of less than or equal to 75 mu m with a CNT graphene solution that is prepared by mixing carbon nanotubes and graphene at the ratio of 1-99:99-1 to prepare a solution, adding 0.1-10 pts. wt. of water, 60-90 pts. wt. of ethanol and 0.01-5 pts. wt. of a surfactant with the solution, drying at 100-200 degrees C by an ultrasonic treatment, is claimed. USE - The CNT graphene aluminum powder is useful for preparing an aluminum foam (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aluminum foam is light in weight, and has excellent elasticity, flexibility, electric conductance and thermal conductance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing an aluminum foam comprising: injecting the CNT graphene aluminum powder into a crucible furnace and dissolving at 35-850 degrees C under atmospheric pressure; mixing the dissolved mixture with 1.5-2 wt.% of a mixture of aluminum, molten metal and thickener and stirring; adding the mixture with 0.5-2.5 wt.% of a mixture of titanium hydride, foaming agent and a blowing agent and uniformly mixing; injecting the mixture into a mold, heating using a heating unit and maintaining the temperature above a melting point of the mixture for 4-6 minutes; and removing the molded product and cooling at 70-90 degrees C.
