▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing degradable thickened graphene photothermal conversion mulching film comprises using the optical fiber laser of 1064 nm wavelength to carry out instantaneous high temperature processing to polyimide film to form graphene powder, simultaneously pushing a graphene powder onto the underlying polymer receiving substrate; again scanning the laser-irradiated polyimide film by laser to realize the redeposition of graphene powder to the substrate, forming thickened graphene layer; and using a hot rolling process to realize the film formation and preparation of the thickened graphene photothermal conversion mulching film. USE - The method is useful for preparing degradable thickened graphene photothermal conversion mulching film. ADVANTAGE - The method: integrates fast preparation of graphene and the film formation of composite material in one step of roll-to-roll process, which is beneficial to large-scale industrial production; uses high-quality graphene to improve the photocatalytic efficiency and photothermal conversion efficiency of mulching films. The composite mulching film: realizes photocatalytic degradation while efficiently utilizing solar energy, which is beneficial to protect agricultural ecology.
