NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene-polyester conductive polyester filament involves adding 0.8-8 pts. wt. nano-graphite powder, 20-60 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 120-250 pts. wt. organic solvent, adding catalyst and stabilizer, heating, stirring, and uniformly dispersing to obtain graphene dispersed graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion, heating the graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion at 150-200 degrees C, adding 30-150 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, uniformly mixing, heating, stirring, polymerizing to obtain spinning solution, and subjecting the spinning solution to dry spinning process. USE - Preparation method of graphene-polyester conductive polyester filament for screen printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-polyester conductive polyester filament with high precision by economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene-polyester conductive polyester filament involves adding 0.8-8 pts. wt. nano-graphite powder, 20-60 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 120-250 pts. wt. organic solvent, adding catalyst and stabilizer, heating, stirring, and uniformly dispersing to obtain graphene dispersed graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion, where the organic solvent is organic solvent with polar value of more than 4, heating the graphene-ethylene glycol dispersion at 150-200 degrees C, adding 30-150 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, uniformly mixing, heating at 250-260 degrees C, stirring, polymerizing for 3-5 hours to obtain spinning solution, and subjecting the spinning solution to dry spinning process.
