NOVELTY - The plate has a side heat conducting plate (4) which is fixed on two sides of a graphene electro-thermal film (6) by adhesive. The side heat conducting plate and an upper heat conducting plate (3) are integrally manufactured. A heating and radiating dual-purpose plate is inserted between a single battery (5) of a battery pack (1). The side heat conducting plate is adhered on a side of the single battery. The upper heat conducting plate is covered on the top of the single battery and the heat of the single battery is conducted to the upper heat conducting plate. A fan (8) is started so external air enters an air channel (20) by an air inlet (7). The heat in the battery pack is discharged through an air outlet (2). USE - Dual-purpose plate for heating and radiating power battery of energy automobile. ADVANTAGE - The plate is simple and convenient to use, and has better energy-saving effect, high safety, strong demand and wide market prospect.
