USE - Graphene oxide/fly ash modified recycled polyurethane composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material uses graphene oxide/fly ash crosslinked hybrid as filler to avoid the problem of easy agglomeration of graphene oxide and to easily disperse in recycled polyurethane foam materials, uses graphene oxide/fly ash crosslinked hybrid that has synergistic modification effect and can simultaneously improve the compressive strength and thermal insulation performance of the recycled polyurethane composite material, and has maximum compressive strength of 0.2898 MPa and thermal conductivity of 0.01486 W/meter.K. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material comprising mixing recycled polyurethane foam with graphene oxide/fly ash crosslinked hybrid, small molecular alcohol and decomposing agent, subjecting to degradation reaction, adding degradation product with foaming aid and isocyanate compound, and foaming.
