▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Lubricating oil additive comprises a mixture of functional graphene oxide, modified titanium nitride and montmorillonite in a mass ratio of 4:1-16:2-32. USE - The lubricating oil additive is used in a lubricating oil including Kunlun F5000 lubricating oil, SF 15W-40 type lubricating oil, Great Wall SJ 10W-40 lubricating oil, mineral base oil or synthetic base oil (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The additive reduces friction coefficient when small amount of additive is added, and has synergistic effect. The additive enhances hardness of the wear surface and improves anti-friction and anti-wear ability of the friction surface by forming a self-repairing film on the wear surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the lubricating oil additive, involving (a) using graphene oxide as a raw material to prepare a dispersion of graphene oxide, adding a silane coupling agent, reacting at 25-100 degrees C for 1-6 hours, separating and washing to obtain functional graphene oxide, (b) adding a silane coupling agent to a dispersion of nano titanium nitride, reacting at 25-100 degrees C for 1-8 hours, separating and washing to obtain modified nano titanium nitride, and (c) mixing and dispersing the modified nano titanium nitride and a dispersion of montmorillonite with the functional graphene oxide for 0.5-2 hours, heating at 100-180 degrees C for 1-5 hours, separating and washing to obtain the lubricating oil additive; and (2) use of the lubricating oil additive in a concentration of 0.022-0.089 wt.% in a lubricating oil.
