▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/polyurethane sponge is fully immersed in polyurethane sponge in graphene oxide dispersion liquid containing reducing agent ascorbic acid, where hydrothermal reaction reduces graphene oxide to graphene and self-assembles on the polyurethane sponge uniformly. The treated polyurethane sponge is taken out and dried, and then fully immersed in phenyl vinyl ether and finally freeze-dried to obtain the graphene/polyurethane sponge. USE - Graphene/polyurethane sponge used for modifying polysulfide sealant. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/polyurethane sponge used for modifying polysulfide sealant has significantly improved electrical conductivity and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing graphene/polyurethane sponge, which involves ultrasonic dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water with addition of ascorbic acid as a reducing agent to obtain a precursor solution, cutting the polyurethane sponge into the desired shape, fully immersing the polyurethane sponge in the precursor liquid, placing in a hydrothermal kettle to hydrothermal reaction at 110-130 degrees C for 10-12 hours to reduce graphene oxide to graphene and self-assemble on the polyurethane sponge uniformly, fully immersing the product obtained in phenyl vinyl ether for 10-12 hours, and then taking out and freeze-drying to obtain the graphene/polyurethane sponge; and (2) a method for modifying polysulfide sealant using the graphene/polyurethane sponge, which involves immersing graphene/polyurethane sponge in a polysulfide sealant system under normal temperature and vacuum conditions, fully absorbing the polysulfide sealant into the graphene/polyurethane sponge, and then finally taking out and drying to get the modified polysulfide sealant.
