NOVELTY - Preparing carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber (XNBR) modified graphene oxide composite filler comprises using sulfur-containing silane coupling agent to modify graphene oxide to obtain modified graphene oxide, stirring and mixing the modified graphene oxide and the XNBR latex in a weight ratio of (5-10):(100-300), then drying at 60-80degreesC until no liquid remains to obtain the modified graphene oxide/XNBR composite material, thinning the modified graphene oxide/XNBR composite material on a double-bar open mill, and then placing in a mold for hot pressing to obtain an XNBR modified graphene oxide composite filler. USE - The XNBR modified graphene oxide composite filler is used for carboxy nitrile rubber, and cross-linking site. ADVANTAGE - The XNBR modified oxidation graphene has good dispersibility and uniformity, and can be quickly dispersed in the rubber material, reducing the viscosity of rubber material. The method shortens the mixing time, saves energy consumption, improves production efficiency, and is environmentally friendly. The rubber product has good wear resistance, tear resistance, and physical performance.
