▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of metalized porous conductive polymer material involves adding styrene-based thermoplastic polymer to a solvent, adding conductive powder after the styrene-based thermoplastic polymer is completely dissolved, and mixing uniformly to obtain a conductive filler styrene-based thermoplastic/polymer mixed solution, performing cold treatment on the mixed solution to solidify, and freeze-drying to obtain a porous polymer material, immersing the porous polymer material in the metal precursor solution, adsorbing in a reduced pressure environment, taking out and drying, immersing in a reducing agent solution, reacting under a reduced pressure environment, and taking out and drying to obtain a metalized porous conductive polymer material with metal nanoparticles embedded on the surface. USE - Manufacture of metalized porous conductive polymer material used as electromagnetic shielding material and conductive material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of metalized porous conductive polymer material with improved bonding strength between the metal particles and the polymer, mechanical strength of the porous polymer composite material, and reduced addition amount of the polymer and the conductive filler. The metalized porous conductive polymer composite has excellent density of 0.2-0.8 g/cm3, electrical conductivity of 200-5000 S/m, and electromagnetic shielding effect in the X-band of 60-120 dB. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the metalized porous conductive polymer material.
