NOVELTY - Preparation of electromagnetic shielding electrically conductive primer comprises diluting epoxy resin by diluent, adding into high-speed dispersing machine, heating while stirring until completely dissolved, adding 3-3.5 times by volume diluent, continuously stirring, adding electrically conductive filler, nitrogen-containing graphene/metal nanocomposite material and coating additive, high-speed stirring, adding organic bentonite, activating, adding 0.02-5% delusterant, high-speed stirring, putting into container and uniformly mixing with T31 epoxy resin curing agent. USE - Method for preparing electromagnetic shielding electrically conductive primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The primer has electrical conductivity of less than 0.4 ohms/resistance. It has increased luster and anti-aging performance, improved weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and good temperature moisture performance.
