NOVELTY - High-strength fiber-reinforced composite material comprises 15-25 pts. wt. glass fiber, 4-7 pts. wt. waste polyarylene oxadiazole fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-8 pts. wt. sulfonated polybenzoxazole, 60-70 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide fiber, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. m-fluorochlorobenzyl ionized 4,4'-bis(N,N-dimethylamino)benzophenone, 1-2 pts. wt. phosphorus pentoxide, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. polyphosphoric acid, and 10-15 pts. wt. N-vinylcarbazole/2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/methylvinylsilfluorene/trifluoroethyl acrylate copolymer. USE - The composite material is useful for connecting piece for connecting the soft or hard pipeline made of cast iron or stainless steel. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good mechanical property, good weather resistance and flame retardance, and excellent performance stability.
