NOVELTY - Antistatic flame-retardant polyethylene material comprises flame retardant, conductive agent, surface treating agent, antioxidant, and high-density polyethylene. The conductive agent is a mixture of graphene and carbon nanotubes. USE - The antistatic flame-retardant polyethylene material is useful for polyethylene composite pipe for mining (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene material avoids the problems of the mechanical properties of the high-density polyethylene material being deteriorated, poor processability, and uneven local conductivity caused by adding conductive carbon black as an antistatic agent into the high-density polyethylene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a preparation method of the antistatic flame retardant polyethylene material, comprising (i) melt blending flame retardant, conductive agent, surface treatment agent and antioxidant to obtain an antistatic flame retardant; (ii) melt blending high-density polyethylene, antistatic flame retardant, and dispersant to obtain high-density polyethylene/antistatic flame retardant mixture; and (iii) granulating high-density polyethylene/antistatic flame retardant mixture.
