NOVELTY - Thick coated environmentally friendly aqueous wood paint comprises 600-700 pts. wt. polymer emulsion, 40-60 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 100-200 pts. wt. deionized water, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-8 pts. wt. tannic acid inhibitor, 12-16 pts. wt. yellow-resistant resin, 2-4 pts. wt. rheology additive, 2-5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 10-15 pts. wt. hardening agent, 3-5 pts. wt. glass powder, 2-4 pts. wt. anti-blocking agent, 4-8 pts. wt. matting agent, 30-70 pts. wt. wax emulsion, 50-100 pts. wt. colorant, 10-20 pts. wt. powder dispersant, 3-15 pts. wt. preservative, 2-15 pts. wt. antirust agent, 10-20 pts. wt. pH regulator, 10-15 pts. wt. fragrance, 4-6 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber, 110-150 pts. wt. environmentally friendly solvent, 20-30 pts. wt. soluble chitosan and 12-16 pts. wt. formaldehyde removal auxiliary agent. USE - Used as thick coated environmentally friendly aqueous wood paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has improved surface hardness of the paint film, removes formaldehyde in the water-based wood paint, convert it into non-toxic and harmless substances, and improves the overall antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thick coated environmentally friendly aqueous wood paint comprising (i) weighing the raw materials, and mixing the polymer emulsion, deionized water and environmentally friendly solvent with water to obtain emulsified solvent, (ii) measuring film-forming auxiliary agent, graphene oxide, tannic acid inhibitors, yellow-resistant resins, rheology additives, soluble chitosan, formaldehyde removal additives and wetting agents, and adding them into the reactor at speed of 400 revolutions/minute, stirring for 3 minutes and mixing to obtain a preliminary mixed solution, (iii) measuring hardening agent, glass powder, anti-blocking agent, matting agent, wax emulsion, ultraviolet absorber, preservative and anti-rust agent, and placing them in separately while stirring at a speed of 400 revolutions/minute, mixing in the reaction kettle, (iv) placing emulsification solvent in reaction kettle and stirring at a speed of 400 revolutions/minute, while dropping the colorant, powder dispersant and fragrance into the reaction kettle, stirring and mixing to maintain the reaction temperature, and (v) introducing pH regulator into the reaction kettle to adjust the pH value to 7, stirring at a speed of 1000 revolutions/minute for 10 minutes, filtering out the material to obtain final product.
