▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Rare earth graphene film comprises 40-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. lanthanum nitrate, 1-2 pts. wt. cerous nitrate, 0.7-1 pts. wt. didecyldimethylammonium bromide, 0.4-1 pts. wt. 8-hydroxyquinoline, 3-4 pts. wt. linoleic acid, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 100-130 pts. wt. thionyl chloride, 2-4 pts. wt. cyanoethyl cellulose, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. Sp-80 (RTM: Polysorbate 80) and 20-30 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate. USE - Used as rare earth graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The film has improved mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rare earth graphene film, comprising (i) mixing lanthanum nitrate, cerous nitrate with 120-130 times of (based on weight of the mixed material) deionized water, and stirring uniformly to obtain rare earth solution, (ii) adding 8-hydroxyquinoline to 6-9 times of anhydrous ethanol, stirring uniformly, heating to 60-65 degrees C, adding methyl methacrylate, and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain ester solution, (iii) adding ammonium persulfate into 10-16 times deionized water, and stirring uniformly, (iv) mixing linoleic acid and cyanoethyl cellulose in thionyl chloride, and ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes to obtain fiber solution, (v) adding graphene oxide, didecyldimethylammonium bromide into rare earth solution, stirring uniformly, mixing with ester solution, then adding into a reaction kettle, then passing nitrogen gas, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 60-70 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, stirring for 3-4 hours, then discharging and cooling to obtain graphene polyester solution, and (vi) adding fiber mixed solution and graphene polyester solution into Sp-80 (RTM: Polysorbate 80), ultrasonic treating for 1-2 hours, coating uniformly on a glass plate, placing into an oven, drying at 70-75 degrees C for 10-13 hours, discharging and cooling, and then removing the film to obtain final product.
