DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the separation membrane, which involves stirring 42 ml absolute ethanol, 24 ml butyl titanate and 4.5 ml acetic acid at room temperature for 10 minutes, adding 42 ml absolute ethanol and 4.5 ml distilled water into a beaker, dripping concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring for 20 minutes to obtain uniform, transparent pale yellow titanium dioxide sol, carrying out Hummers method on graphite to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding graphene oxide powder and deionized water, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes, dispersing to obtain an aqueous graphene oxide solution, immersing organic ultrafiltration base film in titanium dioxide sol for 0.5-3 minutes, preferably 1 minute, drying at 30-100 degrees C, preferably 60 degrees C for 3-6 hours, preferably 5 hours, repeating the step twice, hydrothermally reacting at 170-190 degrees C, preferably 180 degrees C for 1-3 hours, preferably 2 hours to obtain single-layer self-assembled titanium dioxide composite film, immersing single-layer self-assembled titanium dioxide composite film in graphene oxide solution for 30-60 minutes, preferably 30 minutes, drying at 30-100 degrees C, preferably 60 degrees C for 3-6 hours, preferably 5 hours to obtain a composite film of graphene oxide-titanium dioxide composite film, immersing the composite film in 70% alcohol solution, irradiating under UV light for 15 minutes to partially reduce graphene oxide, and baking at 100 degrees C for 2 hours.
