NOVELTY - Foam material comprises 17-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 130-150 pts. wt. super-fine poly methyl methacrylate powder, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. glucose, 2-3 pts. wt. poly-glycerol fatty acid ester, 1-2 pts. wt. myristic alcohol, 0.7-1 pts. wt. silane couple agent KH560, 0.7-1 pts. wt. sodium flurosilicate, 1-2 pts. wt. nitro phenol phosphate, 6-10 pts. wt. tributyl citrate, 10-13 pts. wt. foaming dispersion liquid, 2-4 pts. wt. bamboo coal powder, 1-2 pts. wt. manganese iso-octoate and 0.4-1 pts. wt. sp-80. USE - Used as foam material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing foam material comprising (i) adding using sp-80 into the 0.5-1 mol/l of sulfur acid solution, stirring uniformly, adding graphite oxide, stirring under magnetic force for 6-10 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, (ii) mixing glucose, fluorin and silicate, adding into the graphene dispersion liquid, stirring uniformly, drying in an oven at 70-76 degrees C for 5-6 hours, discharging and cooling, removing air, centrifuging at the speed of 3-5 degrees C/minute and heating at 870-900 degrees C, incubating under carbonization temperature for 60-70 minutes, cooling, grinding into fine powder and filtering using 60-100 meshes sieve, (iii) adding poly-glycerol fatty acid ester into the 5-7 time weight deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding citric acid, tributyl citrate, and step (ii) obtained sieved material, mixing in water bath at 86-90 degrees C, incubating, stirring for 20-30 minutes, discharging and cooling at 50-55 degrees C, adding silane couple agent KH560, stirring the stirrer at the speed of 700-1000 revolutions/minutes and stirring for 10-17 minutes to obtain silane modified material, (iv) mixing silane modified material, except foam dispersion material, extruding using double screw extruder and granulating to obtain expandable particle, (v) mixing expandable particle with remaining materials, molding, passing mold into the vulcanizing machine and hot foaming at 115-130 degrees C for 50-70 minutes and cooling to obtain foam material.
