▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A regenerated aggregate water-permeable concrete with wave-absorbing function comprises 10-20 pts. wt. polyacrylate, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. wave-absorbing material and 1000-1300 pts. wt. recycled coarse aggregate. The wave-absorbing material is prepared by stirring indianite nanotube loaded barium ferrite, methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane and polypropylene, stirring dielectric loss-type nanocomposite material, 3-(2,3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxysilane, polypropylene and iron-doped zinc oxide nanomaterial, dispersing, heating, cooling, primary mixing and crushing. USE - Regenerated aggregate water-permeable concrete with wave-absorbing function. ADVANTAGE - The concrete has 28-day compressive strength reaching to 30-60 MPa, high toughness, frequency range of 7-26 GHz, and reflectivity of less than - 7 dB at bandwidth of 10.5 GHz. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A regenerated aggregate water-permeable concrete with wave-absorbing function comprises 10-20 pts. wt. polyacrylate, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. wave-absorbing material and 1000-1300 pts. wt. recycled coarse aggregate. The wave-absorbing material is prepared by: (A) adding 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. indianite nanotube loaded BaFe12O19 to 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane at room temperature, stirring for 2 hours, adding 10 pts. wt. polypropylene and stirring for 3 hours to form first mixed material; (B) taking 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. of dielectric loss-type nanocomposite material at room temperature, adding 0.3 pt. wt. 3-(2,3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxysilane, stirring for 1 hour, adding 10-15 pts. wt. polypropylene, stirring for 2 hours, adding 1.5-2 pts. wt. iron-doped zinc oxide nanomaterial, adding dropwise 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. 3-(2,3 epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxysilane and stirring for 1.5 hours to obtain second mixed material; (C) adding first mixture and second mixture into high-speed mixer, dispersing at speed of 300-350 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 2-3.5 hours, heating at 110-115 degrees C for 20-25 minutes at speed of 500-550 rpm, transferring to cooling boiler, cooling to 50-53 degrees C and discharging to obtain primary mixture; and (D) primary mixing at 175-185 degrees C in double-screw extruder for 1-1.5 hours at speed of 75-85 rpm to obtain mixed material and crushing to granularity of 120-200 mesh. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of regenerated aggregate water-permeable concrete with wave-absorbing function comprising uniformly mixing cement and recycled aggregates to obtain dry powder, adding water, uniformly stirring, adding water-reducing agent, uniformly stirring for 5-8 minutes, adding sodium silicate, aluminum sulfate, calcium chloride, superfine mineral powder, polyacrylate, adhesive, graphene oxide and wave-absorbing material, rapidly stirring and pumping by pressure pump.
