NOVELTY - An adduct comprises at least one transition chosen from iron, cobalt, nickel, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium, platinum, chromium, molybdenum, niobium, rhenium, tantalum, zirconium or their mixture, and a sp2 carbon allotrope and/or its derivative, and a pyrrole compound (I). USE - Adduct used for preparing heterogeneous catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The adduct provides heterogeneous catalysts with high yield, high conversion and particularly high selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An adduct comprises at least one transition metal chosen from iron, cobalt, nickel, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium, platinum, chromium, molybdenum, niobium, rhenium, tantalum, zirconium or their mixture, and a sp2 carbon allotrope and/or its derivative, and a pyrrole compound of formula (I). R1-R4 = H, 1-3C alkyl, alkenyl, linear or branched 2-6C alkynyl, aryl, alkyl-linear or branched 1-6C aryl, alkenyl-linear or branched 2-6C aryl, alkynyl-linear or branched 2-6C aryl, or heteroaryl; Y',Z',W' = H, 1-6C alkyl, alkenyl or linear or branched 2-6C alkynyl, or group chosen from groups of formulae (a1)-(a6); R5-R24 = H, 1-6C alkyl, alkenyl, linear or branched 2-6C alkynyl, aryl, alkyl-linear or branched 1-6C aryl, alkenyl-linear or branched 2-6C aryl, alkenyl-linear or branched 2-6C aryl, heteroaryl or carboxy; b = 1-4;and a,c,d,e = 1-12. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the adduct, which involves (i) providing a solution and/or suspension of the compound (I) in a protic or aprotic polar solvent, (ii) providing a mixture of the carbon allotrope in a protic or aprotic polar solvent used for preparation of the solution and/or suspension, (iii) mixing the solution and/or suspension and the mixture, (iv) stirring, (v) removing the solvent from the obtained mixture, (vi) providing energy, (vii) dispersing the obtained mixture in the protic or aprotic polar solvent, (viii) adding a salt of the transition metal soluble in the chosen protic or aprotic polar solvent, (ix) stirring, and (x) removing the solvent from the obtained mixture.
