NOVELTY - Modified anti-friction graphene lubricant comprises 0.01-0.05 pt. wt. modified graphene, 8-16 pts. wt. borate, 80-90 pts. wt. mineral base oil, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant and 1-4 pts. wt. anti-foaming agent. USE - Used as modified anti-friction graphene lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The lubricant: modifying graphene and combining copper nanoparticles to form composite, which improves graphene agglomeration, anti-friction and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified anti-friction graphene lubricant, comprising (i) adding graphene to modified solvent, where the ratio between graphene and modified solvent is 0.08-0.12:100, (ii) heating the step (i) solution at 45-55 degrees C, and performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment until the graphene is completely dissolved, (iii) sealing and heating the graphene mixed solution at 85-95 degrees C, and maintaining stirring for 0.5-1 hours, (iv) cooling to room temperature, centrifuging and drying to obtain modified graphene, (v) adding modified graphene to deionized water, where the ratio between modified graphene and deionized water is 0.08-0.12:100, and performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 1.5-2 hours, (vi) adding copper sulfate pentahydrate, where the ratio between copper sulfate pentahydrate and deionized water is 0.3-0.5:100, and stirring with ultrasonically until completely dissolved, (vii) stirring the solution at 70-80 degrees C, then adding composite solution, and maintaining stirring for 2.5-3.5 hours, (viii) suction filtering the obtained composite mixed solution, and washing with deionized water, (ix) vacuum drying at 60 degrees C to remove solvent to obtain composite material of copper and modified graphene, (x) adding composite material of copper and modified graphene to petroleum ether, and stirring, and dispersing ultrasonically until the composite material of copper and modified graphene is fully dispersed, and (xi) adding mineral base oil, borate, dispersant and anti-foaming agent, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 25-35 minutes.
