NOVELTY - Anti-bleaching laser multi-color transfer paper comprises a base paper layer (1), printing color layer (2), adhesive layer (3), laser molded layer (4) and protective layer (5) from bottom to top, where the mass-to-number ratio of softwood pulp, broadleaf pulp, rigid powder, and hydrophobic agent in the paper is 15-52:26-49:1:0.0715-0.24, surface free energy is 25-40mN/m, tensile strength is 1.5-3.0KN/m, elongation at break is 1.0-1.8%, basis weight is 25-50g/m2, moisture is 4.5-6.5%. The printing color layer has a thickness of 0.02-0.15 μm. The adhesive layer has a thickness of 0.5-20 μm and a light transmittance of 89-96%. The laser molded layer has a thickness of 8-34 μm, a glass transition temperature of 120-180℃, and a light transmittance of 85-94%. The Shore hardness of the protective layer is 85-90, the glass transition temperature is 230-450℃, and the surface free energy is 20-36 mN/m. USE - Anti-bleaching laser multi-color transfer paper used for a paper product. ADVANTAGE - The anti-bleaching laser multi-color transfer paper has excellent wear resistance, anti-fading property, anti-decoloring property, and anti-fake effect, overcomes the problem that the ink adhesion fastness of the paper under the traditional printing process condition is bad. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an anti-bleaching laser multi-color transfer paper, which involves: a. coating net roll with protective coating on the surface of the biaxially stretched polyester substrate film, and drying at 40-150℃ for 1-10 seconds at a drying rate of 50-300 m/minutes under a tension of 15-60N/m2, and making the protective layer fully cured; b. coating mesh roller with the laser molded layer coating on the surface of the protective layer, and drying at 80-120℃ for 1-10 seconds at a drying rate of 40-90m/minutes under a tension of 20-56N/m2, so that the coating is initially cured to obtain pre-laser molded layers; c. subjecting front and rear molded plates to press the pre-laser molded layer continuously in sequence, the surface smoothness of the front plate is 1500-20000s, 120-220℃, and the pressure is 12-36N/m2, the surface of the rear plate has a grating structure, 125-240℃, pressure 18-55N/m2, controlling the front and rear two plates to apply pressure to the pre-laser molded layer and synchronizing the running speed so that the surface of the pre-laser molded layer forms a grating structure to obtain a laser transfer film, where the synchronous running speed is 30-90m/minutes; d. printing the color layer paint on the surface of the base paper layer to form a printing color layer, and curing the printing color layer under the tension condition of 12-43N/m2to obtain a laser transfer film composite printing paper, which is ready for use, where the printing is gravure printing, letterpress printing, flexo printing, offset printing or silk screen printing; e. coating mesh roller to the adhesive layer coating on the surface of the laser molded layer of the laser transfer film, and making the laser molded layer and the printing under the conditions of 18-55N/m2pressure, 20-56N/m2tension, and 53-99℃, attaching the color layer, and binding adhesive layer to the printed color layer of the paper-based material; and f. peeling the substrate film from the surface of the laser transfer film composite printed paper with a pulling force of 10-41N in the range of 95-170° to obtain a product.
