▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of induced polyaniline loaded graphene modified electrode reactor for removing Congo red. USE - The modified electrode reactor is useful for removing Congo red. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the rapid enrichment of degradable microorganisms and realizes the efficient removal of Congo red dye, and provides a method for the application of microbial electrochemical technology in the field of water pollution treating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for inducing polyaniline-loaded graphene modified electrode reactor for remove Congo red comprising (1) using the same electrochemical reactor with degrading microbial film with electric activity, adding solution into a mixed liquid of Congo Red dye factory sewage and phosphoric acid buffer solution, adding the carbon source, using the chronoamperometry for the enrichment culture of the degradable microbial film with electrical activity, running 3-4 cycles to form a degradable microbial film with a thickness of 80-90 mu m, and (2) performing detection and calculation of the degradation effect of Congo red in water by microbial electrochemical technology, adding Congo red solution to the reactor after the microbial film matures, taking samples at different time points, centrifuging the sample with a centrifuge at 10000-12000 revolutions/minute/minutes for 5-10 minutes, filtering the supernatant to remove impurities, testing the sample at 497 nm using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and combining the standard curve and use the formula to calculate the Congo red concentration in the water to be tested.
