▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An anticorrosion paint comprises 20-40 pts. wt., preferably 25 pts. wt. PTFE resin, 15-30 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. epoxy-modified organosilicone resin, 12-20 pts. wt., preferably 12 pts. wt. graphene, 22-45 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 22-45 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 15-45 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. iron oxide red, 10-15 pts. wt., preferably 10 pts. wt. talc powder, 15-25 pts. wt., preferably 22 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 1-3 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 50-70 pts. wt., preferably 65 pts. wt. mixed solvent. USE - Anticorrosion paint is used for heat exchangers. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosion paint has excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance (300 degrees C or more), acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of paint, which involves adding the mixed solvent to a stirrer, adding epoxy-modified organosilicone resin, heating, stirring to form a mixed solution, adding graphene, titanium pigment, aluminum tripolyphosphate, iron oxide red, talc powder, polyamide resin, and dispersant, stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture, mixing the mixed solution and homogeneous mixture, ball-milling for 24 hours, pouring into a mixer, adding PTFE resin, stirring, and filtering using a 100-mesh metal screen.
