NOVELTY - Aluminum rolling oil comprises 85-95 pts. wt. base oil, 0.5-2 pts. wt. acid phosphate amine salt modified graphene oxide, 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. montmorillonite modified by titanate coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. fatty acid esters, 5-10 pts. wt. fatty alcohols, 0.5-1 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, and 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. benzotriazole as metal deactivator. USE - The aluminum rolling oil is useful in the production of the aluminum foil lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can react with active groups in acid phosphate amine salt modified oxidation graphene react to combine together, and the common action improves the abrasion resistance of the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aluminum rolling oil comprising adding fatty acid ester into a reaction vessel, adding fatty alcohol, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, benzotriazole, and titanate coupling agent modified montmorillonite in sequence, acid phosphate amine salt modified graphene oxide, and finally adding base oil, stirring and mixing evenly, to obtain aluminum rolling oil.
