▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite phase-change material comprises a mixed salt filled between three-dimensional graphene. The mixed salt comprises borax and sodium sulfate decahydrate in a mass ratio of (0-1):25. The mass ratio of three-dimensional graphene and mixed salt is 1:(7-10). USE - Composite phase-change material is used in construction applications. ADVANTAGE - The composite phase-change material solves cooling problems by the combination of three-dimensional graphene structure and composite inorganic hydrous salt, and is environmentally-friendly and energy-saving. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite phase-change material, which involves preparing graphite oxide solution by Hummers method, ultrasonically processing for 1-2 hours, drying at 160-180 degrees C for 12-24 hours, pre-cooling at -15 degrees C to 30 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain a three-dimensional graphene hydrogel, freeze-drying the hydrogel in vacuum environment of 100 Pa or less at -10 degrees C to -30 degrees C for 24-36 hours to obtain a three-dimensional graphene aerogel, uniformly mixing sodium sulfate decahydrate and borax to obtain a mixed salt, mixing the three-dimensional graphene aerogel with the mixed, sealing, heating at 50-70 degrees C for 2-4 hours, fully melting the mixed salt and completely immersing the aerogel, placing in vacuum of 0.075-0.085 MPa at constant temperature of 50-70 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, and cooling.
